paul came to our place one day with the agency principal and on the next day he returned to be shown around with a more comprehensive inspection. Some photos were taken ,descriptive details provided and agreement given for internet advertising. Paul provided the first draft. He published the final version after we gave some additional photos and edited the draft. Within a week the eventual buyer had expressed his initial interest of essentially a WIWO deal which meant a clearing sale was not needed. I suspect the place was sold without the buyer referring to Paul's efforts. Paul's involvement, from our perspective, did not seem to be directly related to the actual sale of the property.
