Paul has now sold 2 of our homes, overall making the process quite easy. Our only disappointment with the selling of 47 Eleanor was the lack of flexibility in the fee negotiation and the lack of people viewing the property. At the time of listing the market was extremely busy. We received a lot of comments from people who were also selling of the numbers viewing their properties and submitting offers prior to the listing hitting the market. Upon finalisation of the sale we have had discussion with other local agents who stated they would have negotiated on the fee structure. We wish Paul well on his career move.
