Paul Evensen - Ardross guru
We purchased a house in Ardross, with titles pending after a subdivision. Towards the end of our 7 month contract, we were worried we wouldn’t be able to settle in time. Paul diligently followed up with the seller’s settlement agent and regularly updated us with any progress, and never made us feel like we were being a bother when we contacted him, asking. Paul is very personable and easy to chat with. He’s also part of the Ardross community, attending Ardross primary school assemblies and donating books to their library. Our experience has been entirely positive, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Paul if we ever considered selling in the area. Thank you!
