To start with I should disclose that I went to school with Paul and we even got our first jobs at the very same employer. I've known Paul for 45 years. Pauls modus operandi over those years he has never changed. He's committed, honest and best of all, very organized, these are all great features in a real estate agent. My one and only dealing with an agent in the past left me with a feeling of distrust and uneasiness. I'd would've chosen Paul as my agent regardless of whether I knew him or not. On face value it's easy to see these people skills and overall efficiencies after a short meeting with him. So in short, he's no fake, you get someone who actually loves his job and it's easy to see that. My sale was intense with over 44 people inspecting the house in 2 hours. Paul handled the pressure well, selectively weeding out the tyre kickers and concentrating on the potential buyers and ending up getting a much higher price than we were expecting. As far as the rest of the sale was concerned I stayed in the background and was guided by Paul during this unfamiliar transaction. Everything went smoothly as expected. In summary, Paul runs an efficient business, advertising in all the right places and using his great marketing skills whilst enjoying every minute of the process.
