My first encounter with Paul was a phone call the day before settlement - I had been dealing with another agent who I had my sales agreement with. It has now been confirmed that Paul had been showing people through my property without my knowledge by contacting the tenant directly. He was rude and arrogant on the phone but even worse in person. Completely unprofessional in both attitude and communication.
