Paul sold this house to me 14 years ago. I’ve thought of selling it many times. Every time I’ve consulted Paul and he provided genuinely honest advice on the best way and time to sell, with or without tenants etc. He never once sounded annoyed or put out by my very slow approach to selling. I ultimately decided I was ready to put the property on the market at the end of 2023. Paul met with my partner and I in Launceston at our convenience as I live in another city. He was immediately lovely to deal with, Paul outlined the whole process and gently made suggestions on things to do to get a good sale. Everything Paul confirmed he would do, he did.
