We are extremely grateful to Paul and Adrian for their advice, support and guidance throughout this process. Each step of the way was very straightforward and seamless. They were able to achieve a great outcome for us and did so in a short amount of time. What sets them apart from others is they deliver and they care about their client’s. I can’t recommend them enough to others when they are choosing an agent to sell their home. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Paul treated us like family. His care, honesty guidance, and advice was invaluable. Paul kept me informed at every step. His excellent interpersonal skills were evident in the way he always, cleverly, with great care and respect fielded the right questions for me to consider. This enabled me to make clear headed and best informed decisions at every step of the way. Combine the above with Paul’s finger on the pulse expertise and connections to the market with his 10/10 work ethic. I can’t recommend him enough. We received the best possible outcome. I consider Paul family now! A big heartfelt thank you to his amazing team too!

Paul and I had a great working relationship selling the property. He was welcoming of my ideas and input, communicated after every inspection and he achieved an excellent result for our family. Paul’s professionalism was at the forefront of solving any problems that arose and we would not hesitate to recommend Paul for any of our agency needs.

Paul provided us with exceptional support and confidence in our decision-making process from the beginning. We deeply appreciate his professionalism and dedication and would highly recommend him as an agent to anyone.

After interviewing several agents I chose Paul having also known him from a family member's sale. Paul and the teams' niche and targeted knowledge of the market exceeded those of others and that made a great impression on me and gave me faith in their ability for a successful sale. At all times Paul was extremely professional. With a calm disposition he guided us through the sale process step-by-step. The ongoing and regular communication was expected, but this was combined with a no pressure approach. At all times his advice was very good and honest. The outcome was an easy process and a successful sales outcome. I can not highly enough recommend Paul (and the team at R & W) and will go to Paul for any future real estate sales. Having interacted with many real estate agents he is simply the best (better than all the rest)!

We rang Paul as soon as we decided to sell our property. From the get go Paul was clear with the process and kept us updated along the way. We didn’t feel any of the stress as Paul and his team managed the entire process. We couldn’t be happier with the journey. Thanks R&W Strathfield !

I am tremendously grateful for the very professional manner in which Paul managed the sale of our property. His friendly and extremely knowledgeable approach did not waver and he instilled confidence right from our initial meeting. His strong work ethic and dedication to the job at hand made for a great result. Paul was always available for enquiries and by communicating regularly with updates and considering our concerns, he made liaising with the relevant agencies worry-free. I would highly recommend Paul, he was a pleasure to work with. Paul and his colleagues at Richardson & Wrench make a great team.

Paul and his team are highly recommended. They have sold a few apartments for us, and we find Paul to be very honest, and transparent. Also, the buyers have all been so delighted with Paul, and often compliment him to us.

Paul’s engagement from the beginning was excellent, he was extremely knowledgeable of market and able to guide and support us through the entire process. He was transparent and open with progress and genuine in his interactions. I was impressed by the level of attention and professionalism that we were shown from both Paul and Adrian. The entire process was well managed and we got the best outcome possible. Absolute legends. Thank you 🙏

From day 1, Paul has been very customer focused and empathetic to my requirements and needs. He knows the market well and has a great knowledge of what makes a home a home. Thanks to him, we were able to declutter and get some renovations done and after every open house he was honest about the feedback he had received. The team at Richardson and Wrench were also amazing and very efficient. They look after their clients whether you are a buyer or seller. The price guide was REAL and accurate. If you are buying or selling, I highly recommend Paul and the Richardson &Wrench team, Strathfield..

We were greatly impressed with Paul and Adrian's patience and understanding during the sale process of our property. We chose an off-market approach in the midst of a declining market/rising interest rates which gradually led us to move towards preparing our home for rental purposes instead of selling. This led to a prolonged timeline which made access difficult for Paul/Adrian and potential buyers as we were in the midst of packing and preparing the house for potential tenants with a number of minor maintenance works. They were very patient and supportive of our 'dilemma' and never pushed us with a 'hard sell' approach we have encountered with other agents. They persevered with seeking potential buyers with the aim of identifying someone closer to our valuation. This perseverance eventually paid off when Adrian identified an interested buyer who trusted him to the extent of submitting an initial offer prior to inspecting the house. This was quite timely as were about to move out of the house within a few weeks and rent it out for a couple of years. Paul and Adrian clearly display a great understanding of customer focus. This revolves around regular and clear communication, listening to the customer expectations; all whilst professionally sharing their expertise and understanding of current market conditions. We never felt pressured to make any decision we weren't comfortable with. Whilst we appreciate sales are the ultimate measure of success for agents, Paul and Adrian also understand that building good relationships that nurture trust with people will eventually lead to long term productive business rather than a quick one-off approach many agents use. We are confident this approach will serve them well even during market turn downs. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paul and Adrian to prospective vendors.

I recently used Richardson & Wrench at Strathfield to sell my apartment. I would highly recommend this team. Paul Galassi made the process much easier from the first day. He was very professional, honest and ensured I was kept up to date with all enquires. I would like to thank Paul and Adrian for their wonderful service and if you are selling or looking to purchase property give them a call.
