A reliable agent to work with

After having attended several auctions, open homes new estates and looking at so many options to keep within an entry level purchase price for more than something the size of a shoe box, I came across Paul. I can't thank him enough for his sincerity, honesty and transparency through the whole process. Paul has the gravitas, knowledge and people skills that 95% of the 30 or so agents I dealt with just didn't have. No disrespect to the others, but they either haven't put in the hard yards or gained the experience or just don't have the life skills to match. Even when Paul was on annual leave during the settlement, his team in the office ensured everything went smoothly in his absence. With Paul also keeping in touch through the process. Highly recommend Paul for assisting with purchasing and if I was selling I would not hesitate to ask for his help.

From the time we met with Paul we knew that we would go with him and his agency Hockingstuart. Paul is a man of quite strength and authenticity. He doesn't try and sell himself as such but we were sold on him. No flashy car salesman ways, or making promises he couldn't keep.
