Extremely friendly, always happy to sit down and have a chat on how the sale is going

First time selling, was recommended Paul, off my father as he dealt with him in the sale of his house. Was only too happy to sit down and discuss in layman's terms how the process goes. Took a little longer to sell than I was expecting but the current climate had an impact on that and the final sale price. In the beginning would often call to give me updates on how the sale was going, if there was much interest etc. Dropped off a little as time went on but was to be expected as the market became more quite and he didn't like to call to only give me bad/no news. All in all I had an easy time and got along well with Paul, he never pushed me to where I would be uncomfortable but always spoke his mind which I respect
