Just sold our house through Barry Plant Melton, the experience from start to finish with Paul Gundry was amazing, we thought that in the current market we may struggle with our old 70's build brick vaneer that had seen better days and was left in a real state from previous tenants, we set Paul a real challenge, "move the house ASAP as is we only want to sign a contract" we settled in for what we expected was a long haul, but to our amazement, Paul & the rest of the team at Barry Plant Melton got together and found 8 interested parties withing a day or two of getting the sect 32 to them, from that we received 6 offers, best coming in WELL OVER our asking price.. cant speak highly enough of these guys / gals at Barry Plant Melton..
