We just bought through Paul, Jay and Manor Real Estate. We had been looking for months and encountered agents that could barley speak english, some wore jeans and sports jackets and all had consistent traits - didn't answer the phone, could not negotiate and were a nightmare to deal with. Paul, Jay and the team at Manor were none of the above. The home went online yesterday, we called them same day and booked an appointment for today. I viewed the home with my family, made an offer on the spot and we closed the deal signing contracts just 6 hours later sealing the deal through a COVID lockdown with ease. Whilst buying many agencies claim they are number 1 in Bella Vista. I can tell you first hand nobody comes close to Manor. Buying or selling - Pauls your man. Thanks for a smooth transaction lads.
