our property was on holiday rental when it went on the market. This created some challenges as we were limited in the number of weekend opportunities that were available for home opens. Paul was very flexible with this and still managed to get good numbers through on home opens and viewings by appointment. We ended up with a couple of offers and the one we accepted took a while for finance to come through. Paul kept us informed and was able to address any concerns we had right up to settlement which went through without an issue.
