We met Paul at a house open in the rural area. We liked his manner and knowledge of the property he was selling. Subsequently, we invited him to review our property along with the 2 large real estate agencies we had already approached. Paul has a very competitive services fee and an all inclusive marketing campaign. His business partner Maureen handled the marketing and gave us really good advice on what to tweak regarding presentation for sale. He is excellent at communication with his customers and you know he is 100% working in your best interest as the property owner. Really though the deciding factor was that he “got” our property and also our emotional attachment to it. Both handled it with compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend him to anyone looking at selling their property. Highly trustworthy and dedicated to seeing the sale through to the end of the settlement process.
