Paul was excellent to deal with throughout the process. He communicated effectively and in a timely manner, and even though I was not present for the settlement day he was comfortable working with my family to make it happen. I also love his attitude throughout the process which makes it seem like I can really trust his advice and knowledge. Paul managed the sale of my investment property seamlessly, after it being handed over to him from The Kelly Teams property mgt team. The property was priced right to sell with two offers being presented by the first home open. An offer was happily accepted. Paul kept me up to date, reminding me of my actions and responsibilities, managed the appointment of a settlement agent.
