Seems to have a good knowledge of the market, and was always trying different things with my add, but failed to get many prospective buyers to attend open houses, and only 2 other lookers. I did have to suggest things I would like him to try, mainly having " inspections available at any time by appointment" added to the narrative, which made availability for lookers much more available than, what I was not sure was sufficient, 30 minutes once a week. Overall the experience was good, apart from the apparent lack of interest from buyers, but that could have well been because of the market being somewhat slow at the time.
