Too quick-nah.

Interview on wed and signed up agreement, photo and internet listing thurs and listing fri for open house on sat( not expecting a good response) Had 3 lookers on sat and 2 offers- closed sale on wed. Can't be too quick, but it sets the bar pretty high to match it for knowlege of market, correct positioning, staging the unit and follow up. Great work Paul
