We are pleased to have met Paul Johns and his team at an open house, and even though the property was not what we wanted, they let us know of another one that might be suitable - and it was, so we bought it. Dealing with Paul was easy. He was always happy to answer our questions, & his & Melissa’s responses were always prompt and comprehensive. Paul sorted out our contracts & then tenancy agreements with no fuss at all, because he knows what he is doing. A wealth of experience makes things a breeze.
