3rd time with Paul

Paul was the agent we bought our Bulimba property from some 11 years ago so we went back to him when we downsized, and he sold it in record time at a good price. On the third time we moved into an investment town house, and although it was in Redcliffe and outside Paul's area, he acquired a purchaser for it , even though the neighbour's place, which had the same layout, was also for sale but our's sold first. It was probably the advise on staging and keen pricing he gave to our property which made the mark first.
