We were extremely happy with the service Paul and Melissa’s service

It was difficult to choose an agent as many wanted to list our home . However we decided to go with Paul based on my sister’s recommendation . We were not disappointed . It was very challenging for me as the land had been in my family for 75 years and the sale was required due to marital separation . Paul was sensitive to all of this . He consistently communicated well with me throughout the whole process . I particularly appreciated the timely feedback from open homes . He managed our expectations well and helped us to accept the offer which came in 5 weeks after we had listed it . Also he listened to my suggestions about what features should be highlighted for internet exposure and I think this ultimately resulted in the successful sale . He and Melissa remained professional throughout and in a ver real sense went the ‘extra mile’. I would not hesitate to use him again not that I have any intention of moving again . I should add I have purchased a property through another agent and the difference has bee marked !!
