When I bought my house at Wallsend in 2010, Paul was the agent; in 2016 I chose him to be the agent in charge of the sale. In both cases, Paul was the ultimate professional, always relaxed and smiling, nothing was too much trouble. Paul is a very friendly, polite and honest professional. Who makes you feel at ease and relaxed; in the knowledge that he will do the best for the seller & buyer. Which is what I was after. I met Paul Jones in 2009 when I was looking at a house in Shortland. I met Paul again at 100 Grandview Road during the Open Day. My husband and I bought the house at 100 Grandview Road and I decided due to our positive interactions to have Paul Jones sell our home at @2 Justin Parade, Elermore Vale (I also asked to have certain aspects in regards to privacy etc be brought into place and respected due to our neighbours next door at 20 Justin Parade, Elermore Vale which was carried out by Paul with the utmost care, which I truly valued and appreciated, thank-you Paul) My feedback is that when Paul was on holidays whilst our house was on the market I found that messages and communication had waned with the sales person filling in his shoes.. Also some phone calls and messages went to my husband instead of me... perhaps this was because my husband had interacted with Paul on the purchase at 100 Grandview Parade, this also happened with the Solicitor in where I was missed out of the communication loop and got the message via my husband.
