Paul was easy to communicate and do business with, however we found the exchanging of contracts extremely stressful. Paul had notified us the night before contracts were to be signed that other buyers had shown interest again, at a price higher than our accepted offer, and that if we didn't sign contracts the following day that the other buyers would have their offer accepted. This, we understood; however on the actual day of signing contracts we had undue stress from Paul that we needed to sign when we had done everything on our end to sign and we only waiting on his vendor. Apart from this, Paul has been good and I would still recommend Dowling Real Estate. Thank you.
