We did sell our apartment through Base, but unfortunately the experience was less pleasant than expected. Specifically, there was a lack of communication from him, and at times, we found Paul to be less than professional when it came to discretion about other clients. During an already stressful time, we experienced some upsetting comments from Paul, which were unwarranted.
