Both my husband and I would like to thank Paul and Melissa KOTZE for their assistance in the process of selling our townhouse. Whilst we settled on a lower amount than we wanted, their honestly and guidance ( which wasn’t forthcoming from a previous agent) made us feel they wanted to help us achieve the sale. Not being in the country during the process, added an additional complexity however, Melissa kept us up to date on the activity.
