I felt that he was looking after my interest at heart, all decisions and advice were motivated by a genuine intention to benefit me, regardless of the valuation of the property. He provided excellent guidance on what needed to be done to improve the property prior to sale. He did absolutely everything, liasing with anyone relevant including the tenant and my rental manager, coordinated the renovations and marketing campaign, advising sale by auction and referral to a conveyancer with a discount on fees. Paul even did some handyman work on his own because he felt is was needed and he wore the costs as well. Of course he ran everything by me for approval. Paul kept me updated regularly along the way and he worked tirelessly to get as many buyers on auction day as he could. If not for Paul, I doubt if I would have got even close to what was bid on auction day, especially when a similar, and arguably better property, recently sold for less.
