Paul was great - if your the person selling. Very persistent. Very good at selling. Instead of us just putting an offer in he made us sign the contract without even sending the offer through to the sellers. He constantly told us how many other offers there were even when we were under contract. Also when I went to my solicitor to dispute an issue with the plumbing he called us - instead of going through their solicitor and lied to us and now the plumbing issue is worse. We love the place but would not recommend Paul as a realtor, he made the process way more stressful than it needed to be - maybe next time you sell the house but leave the negotiation of contracts to the people who are hired to do so.
