My wife and I made a purchase at auction of a property Paul was selling. We found him to be friendly, communicate well and was prompt with information and returning correspondence. Our opinion of Paul is based on a very short time frame and minimal interaction so market knowledge is hard for us to determine. Our only opinion regarding credibility is based a the price guide that was offered of $1,000,000 to $1,100,000 versus a final purchase price at auction of $1,345,000. In an intense market, we understand price guides are not easy and the selling agent also needs to attract buyers to the auction on behalf of his client. That said, nothing has sold for less then $1,000,000 in this area for some time. Overall, as far as dealing with real estate agents is concerned Paul has been fine from a buyers perspective.
Though we had not ever sold a house and had been in our house for 45 years, Paul's communicated clearly and often with us in order to get us comfortable with the process and the options we had. Paul went out of his way to communicate with us face to face to improve our understanding of what was happening and why. He was patient with us throughout the process over a 3 month period.
