Paul was always professional & efficient

Paul Langsam of Raine and Horne, Double Bay recently sold our investment property. We found him to be always professional and efficient. We were away for a critical couple of weeks just before the property was put on the market, but we did not have to worry as Paul took on the organisation and did a great job preparing the place for sale. He set up and co-ordinated painters, stylists and marketing photos – and the whole process went smoothly. Paul was also energetic and focused once the property was on the market. He attended every viewing personally, followed up likely purchasers, and was able to negotiate a pre-auction price that met our expectations. He was a really good communicator, responsive to our queries and concerns. We were grateful too to Paul’s assistant, Hannah Webster, who was also helpful and efficient.
