Whilst the house was passed in at auction, Paul kept us up to date with every step along the sales process, before & after the auction. I set a high reserve which was a record for the street but Paul never asked us to reduce the price. He was honest and did advise us that the house would probably not sell at auction given the price but that he would work with us post the auction to get the price that we wanted, and he did. 3 days later, our house sold for the price we were asking for. Paul listened to our needs (mainly a lack of time) and adjusted the campaign to suit our needs. He assisted us with helping find terrific tradespeople for the last minute jobs and was accommodating when we made some last minute changes to our campaign.
