We signed a contract to buy some land but it took the sellers 6 months to prepare it for settlement. There were many questions I had for the sellers during that time that had to be communicated via the Real Estate agent which was a significant dependence. Fortunately the agent was Paul. He never ceased to amaze me how quickly he always addressed every issue via phone or email even when he didn't really need to and this was well after we signed the contract. Whilst Paul achieved a reasonable price for our river front unit in Kangaroo Point in a building that has had its issues over the years, it is the only property we have lost money on in over 50 years. Paul is most accommodating with his time, effort and energy he injected and a pleasure to deal with. However, over $6000 of new leather furniture which was NOT to be sold became a pawn in the negotiation and was lost to us.
