Paul was consulted at a time that could only be described as difficult. Bundanoon experienced bush fires, heavy rains and Covid 19 in quick succession. The media was pessimistic as to market forecasts and we were not keen to expose the property to the market for an extended period of time. Paul’s advice was to enter the market gently and then to ramp up internet exposure as the long weekend in June approached. We had a satisfactory number of interested parties and sold the property within two weeks. The realised price was slightly higher than as predicted.
