Paul was great at delivering the service I wanted. He asked how much interaction I preferred and when I requested more information he was quick to respond. Pauls demeanour was friendly and professional throughout the selling process. I believe he was friendly and approachable for all potential buyers. Paul followed up with those who inspected the property each week to ensure no opportunity was missed. During the auction the property ended up being passed in even though there was quite a bit of interest at the auction. There was a potential buyer signed up after the auction, however on the Monday following auction, Paul ensured that all other opportunities for a better outcome were exhausted prior to me selling. As a result, I was grateful for all Pauls hard work as he secured a considerably better outcome for me by Monday afternoon.
