I was very upset with my experience with Paul Manczak after the actual purchase had occurred. I had a few questions about the place and it is my first home. I felt that Paul had guessed the answers to my questions rather than asking the vendor as promised. I feel this way as some of the things Paul had told me turned out to be incorrect. This ended up costing me over $4,500. When brought up with Paul and his Managing Director I felt even more hurt as they didn’t take the matter seriously and they didn’t care. It was very disappointing to have this experience when buying my first home. I feel it could have been avoided if a little more care and considering was taken rather than rushing and palming me off.
