He was tactful and realistic, identified and marketed the unique value aspects of the property, connected quickly with several appreciative potential buyers, and converted interest to reasonable offers and eventual sale. Importantly, Paul kept us very well informed throughout the entire sale process, giving good advice on strategy especially on aspects that we were not familiar with.
