I chose McDonaldUpton Real Estate to sell my home due to knowing Paul McDonald through selling my previous home and Paul’s long experience in understanding the Essendon area. I was very fortunate to be able to work directly with Paul who was ably supported by Rhys at different phases in the campaign. The experience of preparing for and selling my home spanned over a period of 12 weeks and involved a gamut of emotions and strong commitment. Paul was extremely aware of the stress and angst that ebbed and flowed during the process. Paul was instrumental in supporting me in managing the mix of these emotions. His ability to openly communicate on a regular basis either calling or making a time to meet to discuss where things were at helped me to manage the unknown and from this my trust of Paul grew during the process. Paul’s communication skills, knowledge of different real estate scenarios, ability to share information in a calm manner, willingness to listen and the all important ability to advocate on my behalf, were attributes I valued enormously.
