When I Suddenly and Unexpectedly lost my Friend John O'Neill I was Devastated, but knowing I was his Executor, and his Wish and Request had always been that ALL His Assets be Donated to the Children's Hospital, including his home where he lived in Ulladulla my feelings quickly turned to Overwhelming and Insurmountable, as I live in Sydney and had Never Sold a Property before. John's Home was on the Market Tuesday 17th December 2024 and we SOLD his Home on Tuesday 07th January 2025.
