Paul helped the reviewer sell this property

Paul was working for us the vendor the whole time and not just to get a sale.

This was not an easy sell. First we went to market a matter of weeks prior to the the Federal Budget when negative gearing was removed, unfortunately the Mollymook market is heavily dependent on investors particularly those looking to buy now for future retirement at Mollymook. Then when we were about to settle early August 2026 when we discovered the Builder and private Certifier we paid when we renovated 2008 never submitted any paper work to council let alone an Occupancy Report. At least their was a remedy called a Building Inspection Certificate which involved employing a Consultant (Brendan Lampard) who obtained the Certificate for us which took 10 weeks. Well done Brendan a fix when we thought all was lost. During these problematic times Paul was always enthusiastic about an eventual sale and finding the right person. The key to Pauls success was Open Houses on Saturdays indeed both our previous and eventual buyers came from here. You can tell this indeed was a process but with Pauls patience and enthusiasm we sold for the right price. Paul has a great knowledge of the area being involved in and with the local community for may years. Paul also had a strong team behind him who stepped when needed of Paul was out of town. Thank you Paul we can now move on with our lives.
