Selling a property while overseas is very daunting, but Paul McGrath made everything go through so very smoothly. His excellent communication (and that of his valuable staff when he was not available) qualmed any nervousness we may have had with the whole process. At all times we knew what the situation was, and what our requirements were. He was able to successfully negotiate a sale price that satisfied us and the purchaser, and handled situations with existing tennants in the property on our behalf.
