A local at heart, Paul prides himself on his dedication to the local region and a commitment to building a quality agency to service the local community.
Over the last 30 years, Paul has watched Kingscliff and the surrounding areas grow, transform and mature into the idyllic beachside location it is today. Armed with his many years of experience, Paul prides himself on his knowledge of every block of land in the area and its history.
“Kingscliff and the Tweed Coast is the best place in the world to live - that’s why people want to buy into it. You can put a building anywhere, but ultimately, people are buying the location and community,” said Paul.
Property has always been a part of Paul’s DNA; he began his career on the Tweed Coast after purchasing and renovating holiday units on the beach in Cabarita Beach. In 1988, a chance opportunity with a friend who operated a small, independent agency in Cabarita Beach propelled him into a career as an agent.
Paul went on to attain his real estate licence at TAFE before purchasing the existing LJ Hooker office in Kingscliff along Marine Parade on June 1st, 1990.
From the early days with a small team of four salespeople, he has continued to grow the agency to what it is today across three divisions – sales, property management, both permanent and holiday.
It has always been Paul’s focus to provide quality service.
Since starting the business over 30 years ago, Paul has trained more than 30 trainees from scratch.
Paul and the team at LJ Hooker Kingscliff having always been committed to community initiatives with the agency providing sponsorship over the years to the Surf Life Saving Clubs, as well as many local sporting teams and organisations.
