All the team lead by Paul were very professional and supportive throughout the process and our townhouse was sold in a difficult time in a relative short time for the price we wanted. It was tenanted at the time and Paul was supportive towards the Tennant ensuring he was able to remain as a Tennant with the least amount of disruption but ensuring good sale. Paul had a good knowledge of the local market and was able to guide us at setting our asking price and when to make adjustments.
