Paul Mewburn was excellent to deal with in relation to the purchase of an investment property; he made himself available prior to the first open house for the property, to accommodate our schedule (as we live out of town) and then kept us informed throughout the negotiation process (when there was another bid on the property soon after we made an offer). Paul was also accommodating throughout the settlement period with all our questions! And then when it came to the pre-settlement inspection, he made sure that all was in order following up on some last minute issues and then checking in on us after settlement. We will definitely be contacting Paul again when it comes to selling property in Goulburn!

Hey Paul, I guess where I was really disappointed was with the communication early on - didn't seem to be able to get any sense around a floorplan, and then I was suddenly told the other party had signed a contract... I have to tell you, I was pretty annoyed. But all's well that ends well I guess - once the opportunity was there to renew my offer you were very supportive!
