Our former neighbour recommended Paul to us and said “Paul is great”. So we met Paul and our first impression of him was professional and punctual. When explaining the marketing campaign proposal and the agency agreement to us, he communicated very clearly and made sure we understood everything that were presented to us. He set realistic target / expectation and did not overpromise, which we appreciated and yet he gave us that confidence to trust him with the execution. Paul is humble, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, responsible, a perfectionist and proud of what he does! Real Estate Agent is a tough gig due to the endless admin and follow-ups, which are not glamorous. During the campaign, he kept us updated most days of the week. He responded quickly even when contacted outside business hours. He exceeded our (and even his) expectation with the price achieved. We were equally amazed with the short period of time to achieve the result! He would offer his advice however he always respects the vendors’ decision. The day after the sale is confirmed, he brought us coffee and breakfast and spent time chatting with us like mates – Not many Real Estate Agent would do that! I'm going to miss he regular calls and texts...
