The very thought of buying our first home was terrifying to say the least, the experience scared us even more! An array of smiling agents always showed up without fear only. We have now sold through Paul twice and bought once. The first time we bought off him was easy. He took us to see a few houses and by what we said he then knew exactly what we were looking for. He then told us there was a house that sounded perfect coming up. When available he took us through it and that was it. He then took on the job of selling our house which happened quickly for a great price. The second time we had other agents through but still went with Paul. Unfortunately it was being sold due to a separation, but Paul was amazingly respectful of both parties keeping us both up to date all the way through.
