Paul helped the reviewer sell this property

Red Carpet Treatment

It was our first time to sell a house and we were hesitant at first. Paul made our experience feel so easy and worry free. From the first time we met him, until the auction day, it was a Red Carpet Treatment. He never made us worry with anything. He took responsibility in liaising with the landscaper and tenants and also kept us updated with all the inspection feebacks. For a first time seller like us, he made our exprience a wonderful one. He exceeded all our expectations. He was able to arrange 2 inspections a week with the current tenants which attracted a lot of buyers. He also achieved selling our property which exceeded our reserved price by $50K. We would highly recommend Paul to be your selling agent and Auctioner.
