Paul is an absolute gentleman who goes above and beyond. Reviewing all the local agents I felt like Paul would be the best choice as he had sold a similar property. However I can honestly say Paul is the only choice. He went above and beyond, made the process very easy and delivered. From the onset he was confident what he could achieve and surpassed my expectations. My only regret is not using Paul in the past.

I suppose Paul has such a talent that confuses others including myself as if we are asking our old best friend to work for us.
