To be completely honest I did not trust Real Estate Agents! Therefore I was wary and sceptical with my first communication with Paul and Gina. In time I came to discover that this couple were quite different from the real estate agents I had dealt with in the past. They were efficient and highly professional, but it went further than that. They actually cared! Their motivation was to do the best for both parties, vendor and buyer. Our relationship did not finish with settlement. Paul and Gina organised an Easter Egg hunt where all the proceeds were donated to our charity 'The Avalon Centre'. Needless to say my opinion of real estate agents has been revised. I will have no hesitation to employing their services when we buy our next house for our ongoing programme 'Avalon Homes for the Homeless" I know that we will be in excellent hands!

Loved working with Paul and Gina and the whole team for the sale of our house. We actually purchased a house through them and liked the way they worked as a team and because of that we knew they were the only agent we would use to sell our house too. Would not recommend, our home was no treated with respect and regret having chosen this real estate to sell our home. Interactions with Paul & Gina started off well but became limited the minute you have an opinion or express dissatisfaction . Their fix is to palm you off to a different representative to smooth things over. Overall, found them pricey and failed to deliver on their commitment to us as vendors.
