From the day Paul visited our property to provide us with Halloween lollies to give to the children we fell in love with his enthuasiasm and commitment. Paul is an expert in the Narre Warren region residential property market and gave excellent advice on presentation and styling to ensure that we would attract the widest possible range of potential buyers. The marketing campaign was comprehensive and tailored to our needs and contact with us was frequent. Paul and Gina successfully built bridges with possible buyers while remaining focussed on us as their clients. The purchase price exceeded our expectations in a softening market and went above market value. Paul and Gina had no issues in picking up a broom, moving old furniture out or even holding our baby while we got organised! They even took us out to dinner to celebrate the birth of our new child!
