My guardian angel

Paul was my guardian angel. He made me a promise that he would sell my house, help me buy a new place and make it all a smooth transition. My objective was to downsize and get the maximum price for my family home, which I’d lived in for the past 20 years. It was a major undertaking for me and I was very concerned. Paul and Rick treated me like family. I did not feel like a customer. He made me feel very loved. When I talk to Paul, I feel calm and peaceful. I trust what he says. There were no obstacles to overcome. Paul made the whole process of selling my house and buying a new one, very smooth. He and Gina also took me to a couple of open houses but they were in the wrong area. One day they said they wanted to take me on a blind date. They took me to a house overlooking the golf course and I loved it. He made the daunting process of selling and buying a house simple and stress free and he went over and above expectations.
