Having sold properties previously, am used to knowing what one can expect from an agent, but this man is completely different! Truly! After experiencing a serious illness I was dreading the sale of my house of 13 years but I need not have worried. Bruce and I first met Paul a few years ago when he was doing some cold calling, we liked him immediately, his manner, sales approach, knowledge but most of all a great guy. Bruce told him that he wanted to move to Tasmania but I was the stumbling block, I knew I would eventually go but I was not ready. Paul gave us an appraisal on our home just to give us an idea as to what the market was doing but what we found so impressive with Paul was that he kept in touch giving us a ring a couple of times a year just to say hi and to see how we were and how everything was going I used to joke with him saying " no Paul I'm not ready to move to Tasmania yet". We would always have a chat he knew when I was off to England to visit my family and when had to go into hospital to have a complete knee replacement armed with this knowledge he kept in touch. Good business ethics and it paid off as I made my decision to move early December, we contacted Paul before we flew down to spend Christmas with our daughter and her family. We looked at properties found one that we didn't want to miss out on so I contacted Paul in the second week of January, saw him the day after we flew home and the wheels were set in motion. Our home was on the market the following week and sold within nine days and we purchased the home that we wanted. The professional way Paul and the team from Mcgraths worked was outstanding and I would recommend Paul to anyone who was thinking of selling their home.
Upon meeting Paul at Woodford open house i was very comfortable with his honest approach and easy going manor. We discussed that i was interested in the house but would need to adjust both purchase price and sale price to make the numbers work for my situation. It is with pleasure that I write this review as I only have positive experiences to draw on from the sale of our Megalong Street home. Dear Paul, I personally cannot thank you enough for helping me with all aspects of the sale at 43 Honour Avenue. I resided there for nearly seven years- six of which were spent caring for my mother. I have always enjoyed living in the mountains(46 years at Springwood)- where I grew up and attended schools there at Springwood and Emu Plains. I will always remember the Lawson and Wentworth Falls areas as the best places to live in the blue mountains area today. The new Lawson town is progressing well and soon will become in demand for families who wish to re-locate there. When my mum passed away it became necessary to move on with my life and I have always wanted to be close to the water and surfing beaches. The move to Coffs Harbour would not have been possible without Paul's assistance and local knowledge of the mountains area in preparing my home for sale. Paul achieved a higher price than I expected and the home sold immediately to my amazement. I then had to commence packing straight away and units up here at Coffs- were not easy to find. Eventually I located a villa at Toormina after a previous sale fell through. I am now happy, settled, and only seven minutes drive to the shopping centre and Sawtel beach. Thank you Paul for all your hard work and patience for a sale, that I thought would have taken a year or more?
