Paul had excellent knowledge of the area and market where he operates. Communication though the sale process was consistent and as first home buyers he was able to explain the sale process clearly. Paul was professional but down to earth. Overall purchasing through Acton was an extremely positive experience. I would seek out Paul for any future house transactions as a seller or buyer.

We have always used Paul's services for our Perth properties, so it was a no-brainer to use him for our final Perth sale. This wasn't an easy sell, but rather a very old (approx 130 years) wooden cottage, which whilst still on the market was found to have structural issues - oh no!! Paul remained upbeat about the sale and in fact throughout the entire process, he kept us informed with at least two calls per week. He always did what he said he was going to do, which is pretty rare in the business world! He was absolutely fantastic and we have no hesitation in recommending him.
Before choosing our agent, we interviewed a few of them. We wanted to be sure to choose the right person. Truth is that you don’t really know who they are, and probably you’ll never know. However, an agent to sell your home has a very important task, and you are going to talk with him/her often, so we wanted someone we could trust. At the end it comes to your gut feeling, and both my hubby and I liked Paul. He knew a lot about the suburb (he lives there), and simply sounded honest. We weren’t going after any discounted fee or whatsoever, because at the end there is not much difference among agents, or at least not for our home’s value (mid 300k). We ended up selling our place quickly, and considered the current market we are quite satisfied. We loved how Paul communicates, and how easy was to reach him (text, call, email..he’s always available). He was even very accommodating and came to our place multiple times instead of us going to the office with our little 6 months old baby! We warmly recommend Paul, and we would like to say also a good word on his team, Brittany was nice and efficient! We think that at the end, a house sells itself to the right buyer, and given the right advertising you’ll find the buyer regardless of the agent (unless your agent is really bad), so what is really important is to be comfortable with the person you choose to represent you, and the way in which he/she works (work ethics included), and Paul was an excellent choice for us. No pushy, honest, and nice to deal with. Go for Paul, we are pretty sure you’re going to like him.
