Working with Paul Pettenon was the best decision we ever made. Paul and his team were as excellent, as they were professional. The sales team of Paul, Mark, Marco and Annabel, knew our neighbourhood inside out. They took care and attention developing a plan and we were appraised the entire way. Paul and his team understood the importance and emotions going into selling a family home of 40 years. The campaign was executed with military precision. And ultimately our home was sold in record time above asking price, in a very volatile market. Paul and his entire team (and they do work as a splendid team), should be awarded all the accolades and praise. It was well earned and well deserved. Any agent who can sell a home quickly above asking price, in this market truely deserves to be lauded.
